Description
Gas fryers of SER GAS supplied with a reserve safety thermostat and are equipped with single (GF4S7) and double (GF8S7) bowl of 10 liters capacity each. There is a basket and lid to cover the oil when not in use.The recommended level of oil is indicated inside the bowl, which can be easily emptied out through the proper safety valve.The lower part of the bowl is specially designed to create a cool zone where oil flows continuously directed towards by a wing, resulting in uniform and healthy frying. It also serves to collect all residues at the bottom which is then easily removed through the valve.
