The roasting chamber is lit for easy supervision. The grease is collected in a grease-tray drawer in which we recommend you place some water for easy cleaning and avoidance of smoke The chicken grills are recommended for roasting any food on spits (lamb, offal, head of lamb etc) and guarantee quick, tasty, clean and economic roasting. They are supplied with two, three, five or nine spits, each one of which rotates with an independent 4.5 rpm motor. They are CE approved.
