F58 is a high-performing, small electric oven. The great advantage provided by its small size is a low consumption of energy and speed in responding to the user’s demands. The roasting chamber is divided into two levels by a heated shelf, both of which are heated on the top and bottom side. Thus, along with perfect uniformity in the distribution of heat at both levels, it also has the characteristic capacity of reaching a temperature of 300° C in 14 minutes. It is used by pizzerias, confectioneries, restaurants etc. Its operation is controlled by a thermostat, while a double-glazed door allows easy and safe visual checking.
