Description
The most familiar type of electric ovens used in pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, confectioneries etc. Their long-term success in this field is a result of quality construction and economical operation. Temperature is regulated by two thermostats and they have a ceramic, fire-resistant plate and internal lighting. They have a bakery-style door which ensures easy access to food and there is a window for checking the interior chamber. These ovens can either be installed as autonomous units or as part of a system which includes more than one ovens and/or heating cabinets. In this way, customers can create flexible systems whose capacity can be upgraded at a later date according to any increase in demand. They are CE approved.
